How do I receive my digital product after purchase?
The moment your payment clears, your product is delivered automatically:
• On Etsy, Ko-fi, and Gumroad: a direct download link is sent to your registered email, and the file also appears on your purchases page.
• On Khamsat and Kafiil: the product is delivered through the platform's order page.
If you don't receive your product within an hour of payment, check your Spam folder or contact us immediately.
Are products refundable?
By their nature, digital products are non-refundable after download. That said, we stand behind every product we sell — if you experience a technical issue or the product doesn't match its description, get in touch within 7 days of purchase and we'll resolve it right away.
Do you offer custom, made-to-order services?
Do I get support after purchase?
Absolutely. Every digital product comes with free advisory support for any setup or usage questions, plus free lifetime updates on the product you purchased.
Can I partner with you or write for the blog?
