All financial transactions are processed exclusively through trusted external marketplaces (Etsy, Ko-fi, Gumroad, Khamsat, Kafiil). We do not accept any direct payments on the website, and each platform uses its own secure and encrypted payment gateway.
🔁 Refund Policy
Given the nature of digital products (instant delivery, with no way to "return" them), they are generally non-refundable once downloaded.
That said, we are committed to resolving the following issues within 7 days from the date of purchase:
- The product doesn't work technically, or the files are corrupted
- The product doesn't match its description on the sales page
- The item you received doesn't match what you bought
- Any mistake on our end while preparing your order
Our commitment: If there is a genuine problem with the product, we will issue a full refund or send you a replacement product — whichever you prefer.

- Changing your mind after the purchase

- Buying by mistake and then downloading the file

- Contracting: takes place through the platform itself, and the platform's terms apply to the transaction
- Specifications: defined precisely before work starts; any additional changes may incur extra fees
- Delivery time: stated in the service description and may vary based on complexity
- Revisions: the number of free revisions is set per service (typically 2–3 revisions)
- Ownership: the client owns the final deliverable after delivery and payment confirmation
Any dispute related to custom services is first resolved through the platform's official arbitration system (Khamsat/Kafiil).
